A Gentle Companion for Breath, Limpia & Eclipse Preparation

The Sacred Breath Kit is offered as an optional, supportive companion to the sacred class: Una Ofrenda Que Espera.

It is not required to participate fully in the workshop.

This kit exists for those who feel called to work with physical ritual objects - to engage the hands, support the nervous system, and carry the work gently from the class into the days leading up to the Full Moon and lunar eclipse.

🌿 What’s Included

🌿 Breath Ally Tea
A gentle, non-stimulating herbal blend created to support calm, spacious breath, and nervous-system ease.

🧵 Natural Fiber Thread
A simple tactile ally for breath tracking, grounding, and hand-based regulation.
Fiber is used as a witness - not a craft.

💐 Herbal Limpia Bundle
A small, hand-assembled bundle made with:

Corn husk - containment & ancestral holding

Rose - gentle cleansing & consent

Sagebrush - clarity, boundary & breath
(ethically used; sagebrush, not white sage)

🪶 Wind Marker
A small reminder of air, movement, and presence - something to place on an altar or keep nearby during the Full Moon and eclipse.
