A Spring Equinox Ritual Gathering
As winter loosens its hold and the days begin to grow longer, the Spring Equinox invites us to open the spaces that have been closed during the darker months.
Just as we open the windows of our homes to fresh air and sunlight, we are also invited to open the windows of the spirit.
In this gentle seasonal gathering, we will pause together and welcome the turning of the season through breath, herbs, water, and light.
This ritual is inspired by traditional limpia practices and the simple medicines of the desert.
Together we will explore what I call:
The Four Medicines of the Desert Limpia
🌬 Air — Opening the windows and inviting fresh energy
🔥 Fire — Clearing the path with sacred smoke
💧 Water — Restoring the body with a blessing of water
🌿 Earth — Grounding and protecting the threshold
These are the same forces that move through the desert landscape - and through us.
