Necuhtli is our Rose & Cinnamon Whipped Honey - a creamy, spoonable honey made in small batches at Our Little Nook Apothecary in New Mexico.

Rose brings a delicate floral character while cinnamon adds just enough warmth to meet the natural sweetness of the honey without overpowering it.

The result is simple and beautiful:

Unlike ordinary liquid honey, whipped honey has a smooth, creamy texture that makes it especially lovely for spreading, spooning, and stirring. Creamed or whipped honey gets its characteristic texture through controlled crystallization, producing the fine texture that makes it so spreadable.

🍯 Ways to enjoy Necuhtli

Stir a spoonful into your favorite herbal tea. Spread it over warm toast, biscuits, pancakes, or tortillas. Spoon it over oatmeal, yogurt, apples, pears, or fruit. Pair it with soft cheeses and crackers, or simply enjoy a little straight from the spoon.

Natural changes in the texture of honey are normal. Temperature can affect the consistency of creamed/whipped honey, particularly in warmer conditions.

Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from excessive heat and direct sunlight.
