Manzanilla (Chamomile), Calendula & Corn Silk Tea is delicious Hot or Iced!
It is recommended to use about 1 tablespoon of herb per cup of water.
Bring fresh, cold water to a boil.
Remove it from the heat and add the dried Tea Blend to the hot water.
Cover the pot or container with a lid to trap the steam and flavors. Allow the tea to steep for approximately 7 - 10 minutes (less if you prefer a mild flavor). The longer you steep, the stronger the flavor will be.
Strain and serve it Hot or allow it to cool and enjoy it Iced! Add Local Honey or your favorite sweetener.
